Dreamworks Studio Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Dreamworks Studio! By renting our space, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all clients.

1. Booking and Time Management

Rental time begins and ends at the scheduled times, including setup and cleanup.
Additional Hours: Any time exceeding the scheduled rental period will incur a fee of $80 per additional hour.
Overlapping Sessions: If your session extends into another client’s scheduled time, you will be charged an $80 penalty.

2. Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you need to reschedule, please inform us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee availability.
If you cancel your session one day before the rental date and do not wish to reschedule, you will forfeit the full amount of your non-refundable deposit.

3. Studio Policies

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in the studio.
No Glitter: Glitter and similar materials are not allowed to prevent damage and difficult cleanup.
Pets: Pets are welcome in the studio, but owners are responsible for any mess or damage caused. Pets are not permitted on the furniture.

4. Damages and Cleanup

Broken Props: Any broken or damaged props will result in a fee of up to $300, depending on the extent of the damage.
Cleanup: Please clean up after yourself. If the studio is left in a complete mess, a $100 cleanup fee will be applied.

5. Liability

Injuries and Accidents: Dreamworks Studio is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur within the studio premises.
Lost or Stolen Items: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items during your session.
Late Arrival: If you arrive late for your session, the time lost cannot be extended, refunded, or compensated.

By booking and using Dreamworks Studio, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
